Ginger Soy Salmon

Ginger Soy Salmon

Ingredients
• 2 lbs. of Fresh Salmon
• 1 Cup of Soy Sauce
• ¼ Cup of Honey
• 1½ Ts. of Grated Ginger
• 1 Green Onion Chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven to 350 F.
2. In a bowl combine soy sauce, honey, green onions and ginger
3. Place salmon (skin side down) on a rimmed baking dish
4. Add sauce to salmon and let it marinate for 20- 30 minutes (optional)
5. Bake for 20 minutes
6. Enjoy!
